Granite is real stone. Quarried, slabbed, polished, sold. No two pieces are alike. The grain, the flecks, the veining are all the record of how that particular piece of rock formed underground over millions of years.

You pick a granite counter by walking through a slab yard and choosing the actual piece you want in your kitchen. We help you pick. We take you out, we tell you what stones are dense, what stones are soft, what patterns are going to look right in your room.

Granite is the most heat tolerant material we install, scratch resistant, and built to last as long as the house. Set hot pans directly with no worry. Seal it once a year and it will outlive your appliances.
